soft moon

a slow, lunar class when you need to move slowly and ease into movement after rest

*this class can be very useful if you are coming back onto your mat after recovery from illness or injury. we move very gently. I have endometriosis, (and need to rest during my moon for a few days due to inflammation (hence the swollen belly in this video. :) )) I use this sequence on the first and last day of my bleed when my body is in sensitive recovery state and could use some gentle movement to come back into form.

I find it really helpful and hope this helps you “ease into movement” whenever life calls you to.
