8 Reasons To Weave Water Alchemy Into Your Workout in 2025
I am writing to you today from a sweet coffee shop by the sea in Laguna Beach CA, after a morning of Aura Toning with the water beings of The spring Aura Toning Cleanse. The warm sun, which in many ways was ever-present in the golden aura from the group aura reading today, has me feeling so grateful for the opportunity to share Aura Toning in community. It reminds me of how healing is really a communal art... if one part of nature heals, the others surrounding can't help but receive healing too.
Is it really possible to separate water? I guess some people have tried, but water is defiant... she goes where she wants, and she always finds her way back to the collective pulse. In a society that has become so used to separation, the water wisdom feels more important than ever to embody as a form of resistance. We cannot be separated. We are water, and we are love.
This is why The Aura Toning workout is so important to me, because it helps us infuse this integrated understanding into our water bodies. Enclosed are 8 Reasons To Weave Water Alchemy into Your Workout, along with a special invitation to join The Redirect before May 18th, when we will have a special Aura Toning class for everyone who has enrolled.
8 REASONS TO WEAVE WATER ALCHEMY INTO YOUR WORKOUT IN 2025
1) A water inspired workout stewards a new workout culture of curiosity, care, and listening, (rather than force, comparison and competition.)
2) We are made of water- when we move with a conscious intention to connect to our water body, we are connecting with our intrinsic creativity. This can lead to creative breakthroughs, liberated expression, and an overall zest for life (hello, spontaneous dance parties!)
3) Water works with the somatic body - the part of us that holds memory. Bringing water work into our workout helps us regularly clear stored tension, emotion and stagnation...helping us let go and be fluid with life.
4) When we weave water work with movement, we clear our lymphatic system, which helps us release toxins, improve circulation, encourage immunity and reduce stress.
5) Water teaches us to be both strong and soft- inspiring us to approach movement with a softer, kinder, more alchemical touch (while still giving our bodies healthy challenge and toning!)
6) Movement a water are an ancient and sacred union. Our ancestors all over the world prayed with water...for water to nourish the land and bring abundance, often through ceremonial dance. This is why so many oof us feel so deeply connected to water or inspired to move with her. Weaving water into your movement brings the ancient and future into the now.
7) Our auras are an extension of our water bodies - each time we cleanse and tone our water body, we cleanse and tone our aura (energy field.)
8) Bringing water ceremony into your daily life brings healing to yourself, your loved ones, and to the waters of the world.
