Welcome to our corner of the multiverse, where a movement class is a conversation with your water body, and a toning for you aura. I am so glad you are here.

Please give yourself the gift of dedication by practicing Aura Toning at least 2x per week. If you would like to see a more rapid transformation, practice 3-4x per week. Each Friday, there will be a new prerecorded voiceover class uploaded into this portal. Each class moves in an infinity, moving through phases of Sun, Moon, and Mystic.

In the Sun, we focus on the solar, oceanic qualities of water. The movements will support us as we cleanse, tone, and purify our energy. This is when we bring in salt water…you will likely break a sweat and feel into your strength!

In the Moon, we focus on the lunar rivers and sweet waters. We listen to our soma(tic) body, and marinate in sacred space with slow movements done close to the earth.

In the Mystic, we focus almost entirely on the etheric body, with movement meditation journey. The Mystic is where we honor and feel the aura, plasma, mist, and 4th phase of water.

While each class has components of all 3, you’ll notice that our library is categorized into Solar, Lunar, and Mystic, so that you can choose intuitively which types of classes will best meet your body where you are in each moment. We also have multiple sub categories that you can use to filter your search, such as class duration, body focus, and sweet vs spicy. Beneath each video, you’ll notice an accompanying playlist that you can use to play on speakers or a separate device at your preferred volume.

2 Sundays per month, there will be a live Aura Toning class + water blessing. Remembership-exclusive water ceremonies and group aura readings will alternate each month. To join any of our live classes, all you need to do is login and click JOIN LIVE at the top right corner of this page.

    Our live class from Sunday didn’t save due to a zoom glitch, so I’ve decided to share one of my favorite replays that up until now has only been exclusive to cleanse participants.

    This toning is shared from the ancient ocean sands of the Mojave Desert. In this portal, we work with connecting to and strenghening our electromagnetic field.

    This is a wonderful toning to return to any time you are feeling disconnected from your energy, or when you are building energy around an intention or spell.

    It is recommended to practice this toning outdoors in a safe, quiet space, OR, to place your feet onto the earth or in wild water after aura toning.

    a foundational aura toning practice to strengthen energetic boundaries <3

    i recommend tuning into this meditation at least 3x weekly, or as much as you feel necessary to stay connected to your aura in day to day life.

    it is also a great way to begin the shorter Aura Toning classes.

    aura bath

    this toning is a quick bath for the aura, filmed with the exquisitely healing waters of north kauai’i.

    it is inspired to the ancient + sacred ceremonial art of bathing.

    in this toning, we bathe the aura, and it would be wonderful to silently transition to the bathtub, shower, swim, or even sink for a face wash.

    allow your physical bathing to be a part of this lunar ceremony, and notice how you feel as you air dry.

    when I was creating this class, I envisioned pouring hot water into a ceramic bowl, then gently pouring it out in 3 counterclockwise turns. This leaves the bowl warm, shining, and clear both physically and energetically.

    the movements in this aura toning are inspired by this moment, shining ourselves with water.

    may this class be gently invigorating for the body and pacifying for the busy mind.

    this solar toning also invites an orange/yellow hue into the auric field, giving us a mellow, steady stream of creativity and rejuvenation from the hearth flame within.
